Having problems accessing the Work Inspiration Toolkit?

Do you have an up to date Flash Plugin?

The Work Inspiration Toolkit requires that your browser has the free Flash plugin, of at least version 9.0.124.
The latest version of the flash plugin can be acquired via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you're unsure which version of the plugin is installed, you can right click the Work Inspiration Toolkit while it is running (or any flash movie for that matter) and choose 'About Adobe Flash Player' which will take you to a page that declares the version you are currently running.

Are you seeing an error message?



Should you encounter a problem accessing the Toolkit which is highlighted by a popup error box when the toolkit first launches, this could be that your corporate firewall or content filtering system is blocking access to our servers. You may need to speak to your IT/Network Manager to ensure that the following subdomains are indeed allowed through your network.
  • www.u-xplore.com
  • xml.u-xplore.com
  • tracking.u-xplore.com
  • media.u-xplore.com
  • modules.u-xplore.com

You can perform a general test to see if some of these domains are being blocked by visiting www.u-explore.com/test - this tool should indicate general connectivity in the top section. If you're not seeing a set of green 'Test Passed' messages, this is likely to indicate a problem your IT/Network Manager can assist with.
