Why should you join?
When signing up to the campaign on www.workinspiration.com you become a Work Inspiration Employer which simply means you:
- Agree that work placements are important for young people.
- Commit to rethink the work placements you offer.
As a Work Inspiration employer we expect you to:
- Hold a planning workshop (called an internal Big Conversation) – to rethink what you offer.
- Integrate the 'Insights', developed by employers for employers, into your programmes which help turn work experience into work inspiration.
As a work inspiration campaign team we offer you:
- A branded business card on www.workinspiration.com.
- Free and unlimited access to online work books and employee volunteer skills development logs to support their delivery of the 'Insights'.
- A secure company area for your volunteers to save and track their records.
- A secure company specific Administrator access to monitor all work inspiration.
- An opportunity to provide new ideas or showcase your programmes through our feedback button - from time to time we will invite you to filming days for us to capture the best and refresh the site.
- An opportunity to develop additional media rich content to your company profile that will also be delivered, via our campaign technology partner, in to over 1,000 schools across the country.
- The right to use the work inspiration logo to promote your company.
