Our world is changing fast, by 2020 there will be 3 million fewer low skilled jobs in Britain then there are today. Half of our workforce today does not progress beyond A-levels and 1.8 million children live in workless households. But we also know that 64 per cent of young people learn outside the classroom and nearly 500,000 young people are entitled to work experience this year.

Young people offer a fantastic pool of un-tapped talent that can offer new energy and ideas to drive business growth, as well as a way to address future resourcing needs. Businesses and other employers can have a big impact on the lives of young people by offering inspiring work placements as well as realising a range of business benefits.

Watch this video to understand the part you can play and how talent, skills and creativity can help prepare students for a world that is changing fast.
